Beautiful hike with wonderful views of the Bohemian Forest vacation area. Not a round trip.
Starting point: Rohrbach-Berg parish church:
The path runs parallel to the chapel path until shortly before the pilgrimage church Maria Trost. The starting point is at the Rohrbach-Berg parish church. We cross the church square and follow the Berggasse up to the Grimshof, the former Meierhof of Berg Castle. Above this courtyard was once the castle of the Counts of Rödern, as the castle walls and the castle gate still remind us. At Mitterweg turn right and after about 30 m turn left into Bergweg. Soon after, at the Holzstadl, continue left uphill across the meadow. Pass the Schenk Chapel, the Kriegner Chapel and the "Schickanus" at the top. Walk uphill along the edge of the forest over the exposed, historic stone steps (presumably from 1730, just like the Schikanus) and you will soon reach the road leading up to the pilgrimage church.
Here you leave the Kapellenweg and march on to the left parallel to the Panoramaweg. Enjoy the beautiful views on the high road. On Pfaffenberg you will pass the plague column and shortly afterwards the liberation cross. Immediately afterwards, the meadow path branches off at a right angle across the meadow. You cross the railway track downhill and come to the point where it meets the Kirsteig from the starting point Jausenstation Mosthütte. *) From here onwards, the route is the same.

Starting point Jausenstation Mosthütte, Stifterstraße:
From the cosy Mosthütte, hike in a westerly direction towards the forest and cross it. At the end of the forest, the trail turns into an asphalt road. Shortly afterwards, we cross the railway track. We continue the hike level along the slope on a beautiful field path and come to the place where it meets the Kirsteig from the starting point Stadtpfarrkirche Rohrbach.

*) From here on, common directions.
*) The Kirsteig leads you through the forest. A beautiful field path begins. At the asphalt road, turn right into Molkereistraße and continue towards Sexling. Before you reach Sexling, leave the road and turn left into the meadow and field path. March past the farms and meet the road that leads you up the Fürlingerberg on the right. Just before the road leads back into the forest, turn left and continue along the houses. Take a look back often and enjoy the beautiful view. In good weather, as far as the Alps and the Berger pilgrimage church. At the top, when you reach the last house, you enter the Fürlinger Holz. Before the Perwolfing elevated tank, the forest opens up briefly and a beautiful meadow reaches the edge of the forest. From the bench, which is slightly off to the right at the edge of the forest, you can enjoy the wonderful view.
At the ridge of the forest, sometimes downhill, uphill and mostly level, keep to the red-white-red tree markings and the yellow signs until you reach the hiking golf path.
Now always downhill, past a few golf stations, step out of the forest and head directly uphill on the asphalt road towards the houses and the Kollonödt inn. If you continue along the Schlägl circular trail no. 45, you will reach Aigen-Schlägl, so it is also a connecting trail between Rohrbach-Berg and Aigen-Schlägl.

Starting point Wirtshaus Kollonödt:
You walk parallel to the former hiking golf trail and Jakobsweg trail briefly downhill and then towards the forest. At the beginning, the forest path leads steeply uphill. At the top of the forest ridge, the hiking golf trail leaves you. Follow the red-white-red tree markings and the yellow hiking trail signs.
Sometimes downhill, sometimes uphill and mostly on a level path on forest tracks and forest paths, you march through the Fürlinger Holz. After the Perwolfing elevated tank, a beautiful meadow reaches directly to the edge of the forest. A wonderful view opens up and the bench on the left edge of the forest invites you to take a break.
You continue along the forest path and reach the settlement houses of Fürling, where on clear days you can see the Alpine chain. The Berger pilgrimage church Maria Trost is also getting closer. Now head downhill on the asphalt road. Shortly after the sharp right-hand bend on the left, do not overlook the turn-off to the farms.
A beautiful field and meadow path leads you to the road that leads towards Sexling, you continue to the right. Immediately after the Berger building yard, leave the dairy road, turn left and continue your hike along the field path.
You cross the forest and come to the point where the paths now divide and you have to decide whether to take the path to the Mosthütte snack station (1.4 km) or to the Rohrbach-Berg parish church (also 1.4 km). The Way of St. James leads uphill to the Pfaffenberg and via the pilgrimage church Maria Trost to the Rohrbach-Berg town parish church and the town square. You reach the Mosthütte snack station in about ½ hour on level ground along the mountain and parallel to the Psalm Path.
